Chicken Breast with Brandied Cherry Sauce

Serves: 2
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp paprika
pinch of salt and white pepper
Cherry Sauce Ingredients:
2 tbsp cherry brandy
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarch
pinch of salt
Season chicken breasts with salt, white pepper and paprika and brush with butter.
Place chicken in ovenproof serving dish, cover and bake for 1 hour at 325°F
Sauce:
Combine cherry brandy with sugar, cornstarch and salt and mix thoroughly.
Bring to boil until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and pour over chicken. Serve.
